I had a call on Friday 4/3 from Extra Space to inform me that the sprinkler unit near my storage room was activated. I was urged to come and inspect my items & to take photos for insurance purposes.

I came back on Saturday 5/3 & immediately went to see the manager who immediately took me to my unit. Thankfully every item was safe and intact. I was thankful.

What I note with Extra Space was the whole building was equipped with a sprinkler system & which put my mind at ease. Secondly, the place was insured. Things that I worry about are all taken care of.

The management was excellent, calling me immediately after the mishap and guiding me on what to do when I visit my unit.
