I needed storage space in the afternoon and so glad I found Extra! I called the customer service in the morning and Sebastian gave me helpful info. I went to Amk branch and liaised with Ameline who was patient, helpful and brought me to see the different sizes of the stores. I was able to move my stuff into the store the same afternoon! Thank you Ameline and Kaili! You provided assurance and good advice to see if the size fits before upsizing. I got the perfect size for all my stuff! I am impressed with the facilities too as the storage units are new and clean!

Clean place esp for the aircon storage area as it’s newly renovated / built.A lot of different sizes available unlike some other competitors.Price is good with promo. Compare with other places first!Convenient place and staff is helpful. Unfortunately staff not knowledgeable - unable to provide me with proper advice for how big a space I need.I ended up going with a bigger space in case my things can’t fit. In the end, there’s quite a lot of space left so I could have saved some money if the staff was able to give better advice. :(Need your own padlock

Was greeted by Fadhly a very nice gentleman. He stayed back for a good hour trying to help us with the locker rental even though he has already ended his shift. Very friendly and we eventually got a locker. Was very happy with the service with him especially going up and beyond his way to provide us the storage room. Extra Space AMK has a team of friendly and helpful staff, Dominic, Sebastian and Kaili. Dominic showed me thru the building when I was looking for a suitable place to relocate. They have various kind of spaces from small to big, from Non-aircon to Aircon.There's also exclusive working space, Executive. There's also premium space with dehumidifier. There's more on the list. I'm amazed at the different spaces available. And thank you, Dominic, for showing me around the building so patiently.

Really disappointing . Caused a lot of distress and inconvenience. The storage space was padlock due to late payment. However, when the payment was made and screenshot was sent to the collecting office bob, he acknowledged. On 30th Sep , 10.47pm , when I hired a transport to bring my things over for storage, I was shocked to see the storage space padlocked . Wondering what could have happened when payment was made with No outstanding amt. caused me so much of stress and inconvenience as it was late night and I have no other options to store my things. After all , the whole reason why it’s a storage space with 24/7 access. This caused because of the inefficiency of extra space and the staff bob. Really disappointing.

Kaili was extremely helpful and went out of her way in helping me get a new storage unit even before I could come to do the paperwork. In the end, my movers only managed to get there after office hours and I only could do the paperwork the next day. Thank God Kaili saved the day for me. Otherwise I wouldn’t have a place for my items.

I have a large storage space and have been a customer of ExtraSpace since 2012. Having moved to and from Singapore in the past years, I use ExtraSpace to store spillover personal effects for the family. The facility in AMK is geared towards personal storage and less for commercial use. Unlike Ubi, it does not have truck lifts and a proper loading bay. However, if you transport small household items, you can reverse park your car into the cargo lift and unload from there directly to trolleys. It’s usually busy at night around midnight for individuals. The back area is used by a commercial entity as their warehouse. Large trucks roll in during the day. The facility is clean, security is very good, staff is extremely friendly and prices are reasonable, compared to other personal storage. I would recommend it for personal storage or small businesses.

After arriving Singapore our hotel was small and decided to keep some extra clothing. Janelle was patient and most helpful with my relocation queries. I intended to give up my unit at Boon Keng opting for a smaller unit elsewhere closer to home, but she showed me a climate control unit that could suit my needs, which i eventually confirmed. Staff are friendly, facilities are good. However, be aware that they have a 14 day notice for termination buried in their contract. I can’t think of any justification for this structure other than to catch people out and make them pay for space they don’t need.

Great service.. proactive, kind, Sincere. Good people. I was waiting for a wine supplier friend and checking the place so walking around while waiting. There were 1 lady in the place and one came out to greet me and welcome me in to wait inside where it was cooler. Not long after, another lady returned and was happily interacting with 2 uncles / customers who were setting up their storage. Both gentlemen seemed charmed with jovial banter. They even offered to bring back food as they were going out while the docs were getting processed. I was a beneficiary of their kind gesture to wait and also just a bystander to their good service. so i wanted to recognise this type of kind hearted and good service people. Kudos. I am considering storing some wine.. and when i do, it will very likely be here.

Although I have not used this type of facilities before, I heard quite a lot of good reviews from some friends of friends that staffs like Mann,Andy n Deborah who are friendly and knowledgeable . ExtraEpace is cool idea 💡 to help to unclutter your extra staffs kept @ home to give your 🏠 more spacious and neat at the same time to make your self more Freely . I also heard staffs give fast quotation and easy to understand . Air con storage units available if needed but loaned trolleys are limited and last thing to mention is buggy eStation which is too much of chores very often. Hence I have reconsider this option carefully before making it a decision.

I do not recommend this place. No AC and it is very hot and humid. I stored my furniture there for 1 month plus and it ended up not as pleasant experience to me. I should have be more careful when choosing the storage and considering the type of furniture I have. I should have pay higher price for other storage hubs.

We chose Extra Space Eunos because of its proximity to our premise. We were also attracted by their promotion hence we made an appointment to head down for a site visit. We were assisted by Alice, a very patience and understanding lady. She will generate quotations for available units (at that point of viewing) and our shortlisted ones for our considerations. Did not hard sell at all.When we went back to sign the contract, she was nice enough to allow us to push back our commencement date.The storage is a good size that we need, we can even upgrade or downgrade at no penalty. Security to get to your storage unit is well designed. The common areas are well lit as well as the toilets in case we want to come in the middle of the night.

The non AC space I'm renting is very clean, new and well ventilated albeit the exterior commercial building dated look. Absolutely loved the smooth and hassle free experience with them. Firstly they replied extremely quickly after I emailed in an enquiry. The staff was very good in explaining the whole self storage procedures. Location wise it's pretty okay, was abit hard to find the first time I came due to lack of signage at the entrance of the industrial building.

Though 24hr access, Last time you can access through L2 carpark. You can no longer do so after 10pm. You will have to go through cargo lift that’s pretty near to Burger King located at L1.

You will be given a tour of available storage spaces so I’d advise prospective customers to come with a sense of the volume of space that you will need. Multiple options available, a small enough space might actually be sufficient as you can stack your boxes up to a height. Thorough explanation of the clauses (what can be stored, insurance coverage, storage accessibility hours - it will be 24/7 as you will be using your own padlock and they will give you a pin for the entry point). You will be making 2 appointments - the 1st is initial exploration, if you are happy you can place a deposit to secure a more accessible space near the front, after which you will confirm again the terms in your 2nd appointment. Discount given on first month if you’re intending to store for a while (I needed for 6 months). Overall comprehensive service provided by Raul, would recommend to check out if you need short to medium term storage solutions.

While the facility at IMM is impeccable, the staff too are responsive and efficient in their interaction. It is my first time renting a storage area at Extra Space IMM due to my upcoming house renovation and was attended by Annie. Had a lot of items to store and wasn't sure if all can fit into one and only large space (95 sqft type) they have left. Neverthought that i would need a storage space outside my house until we need to renovate our home.The staffs at Extraspace are very friendly and chatty. I have done quite a fairbit of homework to find a suitable storage facility that is easily accessible and quality service. Dropped by to pick up some of their storage boxes for use at home in the bomb shelter. Previously bought boxes from them before for my residential move and realised that their boxes are sturdy, even if not 3 ply.The staff there are very friendly and professional. They look smart and professional in their attire.Told them my requirements and then went off to the shops in IMM as they needed time to prepare my order.When I came back, my order was ready and all neatly bundled and tied up. Really good storage facility, very convenient as it’s only 1-2mins after exit from PIE Kallang Way. Customer service is top-notch, kudos to Bryan Barberry who serviced our rental engagement; patient and cheerful! There’s aircon and non-aircon options with easy access loading bays. I use their e-Move service as well, price is super reasonable, also great service, not like thise who try to get you to pay extra trips. Great one-stop shop for good price!

Been a patron of ExtraSpace - Kallang for over 2 years. Have been using their wine locker since 2019. Went to upgrade to a bigger wine storage locker yesterday and Chris was very attentive and helpful in my new locker and provided a great deal for annual storage rate. He also showed me the actual lockers as there were a few to choose from :)

The reception staff Chris and Siu Lee has been most helpful and patient in helping me to secure a suitable space. Chris called me to understand my needs, constantly updated me about mover contacts, Siu Lee brought me around the place, recommended me a few storage units of different sizes and worked out the charges for me. The place is super clean. And the facility is very well maintained. More importantly the service staff ( Sui Lee) has been very helpful and patient. She bought me up and down the warehouse units so that I can compare again and again the different storage space available base on my needs and budget. Absolute a joy to work with . Also the manager in charge is super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for your storage needs over others.
